Group Guided Meditation
Mondays & Wednesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm

Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30am-10:30am
$10 per session

Join other like-minded people for a 60 minute mediation. This will be an opportunity for you to experience the important and powerful impact of group energy to your spiritual path. Included will be periods of guided visualizations aimed at helping you achieve deeper states of relaxation. There will also be interspersed periods of silent meditation. Everyone is welcome regardless of level or experience.


Yin Yoga with Gi Pamperien
Thursdays 6-7pm. $18

Yin Yoga is a quiet practice of acceptance. It is a tradition that honors the needs and experiences of the individual. In this hectic culture where we often forget the value of stillness and quiet this style gives us an opportunity to let go of our need to strive and invites us to quietly sit with what is, giving space for inherent healing and peace.

The name ‘Yin’ refers to the Chinese Taoist concepts of Yin and Yang. The active, muscular, giving Yang as contrasted to the cool, passive and receptive Yin. In yogic terms most hatha practices address the muscles with movement. In Yin practice we give space to those parts of our being that move less, change more slowly, yet give structure and shape to our body: the ligaments, tendons and bones of our connective tissue system. Yin yoga helps us restructure and maintain these tissues through long held postures that allow us to relax our yang, active and striving muscles to gently bring compassionate attention to our yin side, allowing it, through time, to expand into new patterns of flexibility and strength. When viewed from the vedic and traditional asian healing perspectives, the entire being – emotional, spiritual, and physical – can be brought into balance and wholeness.

*Individuals should bring either a yoga mat or blanket, and additionally at least a total of 3 blankets and/or pillows.
